Railway Safety and Technical Training
Tritech Rail can provide a full range of RTAS-approved track safety courses, including RIMINI planner training, work-place assessments, safety audits etc. In addition we provide technical training to graduates and technical staff in the rail industry. Our trainers can train and assess from PTS through to Senior PICOP either at our own training Centre in Wigan, our out based centres in York, Stockton on Tees or at the clients own suitable premises. Workplace assessments on COSS, PC, ES, PICOP and SPICOP can be undertaken anywhere in the UK, again to suit the needs of our clients. Tritech Rail Training provides training, assessment and safety consultancy services to a number of valued clients including Network Rail, Carillion Rail, Siemens Transportation Systems, SIS, Roevin Management Services, and McGinley Rail. We can quote for individuals on our existing courses or work out an annual costing to cover all your training and assessment requirements which can give savings of up to 40% on a company or agency’s training budget. Tritech Rail Training has the facility to provide ongoing monitoring of a Clients' staff competencies. This system ensures that no competency can inadvertently expire. This ultimately negates the need for expensive and time-consuming re-training. This service is provided at no extra cost and ensures continuity of standards and quality for our clients’ staff, which are trained and assessed by the trainers they know. Other areas of training offered are RIMINI Planner Course (RTAS/SENTINEL approved), SO53, Bridge strike 1, and a full range of small plant utilised on the infrastructure. These include impact wrench, disc cutter, rail drill, abrasive wheels regulations, Kango tamping, generator operation, cat scanning etc all trained by NEBOSH qualified experienced trainers.
